- In addition to mommying a magical Hypnobirth toddler, Emma, born in 2007, I graduated as yoga therapist in Yoga Vidya Dham , India. I’m certified in Pre and Post Natal Yoga from Colette Crawford’s Seattle Holistic Center and I’m currently a Yoga Alliance member (RYT 200 hours) . I’m a Hypnobirthing Practitioner and Infant Massage certified teacher. I’m certified in Thai Massage from YogaMasThai, Costa Rica. 10 things about me: 1. I was born in the Alps, but I’m a real beach & ocean lover. 2. I’m always looking for something new and exciting. 3. My dream is to travel and show Emma the whole wide world. 4. I’m a frustrated waterski champion. 5. I dealt with famous actors and directors being a film assistant director for 14 years in my past. 6. A great joy in my life was backpacking solo through Nepal for 3 weeks in 2004 and then visiting Tibet and India. 7. I hope to be half as grace filled and youthful as my mom some day. 8. I have to remind myself to breathe and to be patient all day, every day. 9. I believe the key to happiness is realizing we are not the circumstances of our lives…we are life. 10. I’m a gipsy with no real roots anywhere on this earth.
